The staff has always been really helpful and very professional, and the facilities were quite good. The location was unbeatable in the very nice area.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. Everything was very comfortable, modern hotel, the location was amazing near to Alexandra Headland / Mooloolaba, and restaurants/ beach. Enjoyed the apartment with a view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The efficient service and the attention to detail🙂

We had a really really nice time here and will be back. Everything was modern. Helpful staff. Perfect views to beach and restaurants. the service was welcoming. the pool was good. the hotel was in a central location to the shopping strip. Our stay at Alexandra On the Pacific in Mooloolaba was fantastic. the modern amenities, helpful staff, stunning views of the beach and restaurants, warm service, good pool facilities, and central location to the shopping strip made our experience truly enjoyable. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

The staff were excellent and welcoming in case of questions. This accommodation had a central setting handy to Mooloolaba cafes.

Great relaxing hotel with affable staff. Stunning location close to everything. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Friendly service at all times. the pool is heated and relaxing. Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beach.

The description was sea view from all rooms which we were disappionted with our view and there were plenty of rooms vacant but she would not change our room a little off handed attituade I think this could be improved.

A few maintenance problems , airconditioner did not work properly,did report same on first day but not rectified, smoke alarm went off during night for no reason, light over stove not working, timing light ,clock on microwave not working.

The rooms were clean and offered a fantastic beach view.

The location was great and the view. Nice and quiet with everything you would want.

The view was great. Very sapcious and all amenities you'd want.

No sunshine on our balcony or in our room. Only given two towels for the whole week - at $210 a night would have expected them to give us new towels at least once during the 6 days we were there.

Modern amenities were just as we thought they would be. the location made it easy for us to move around quickly and even tackle the hill without a hitch. Enjoyed the stay! 🌞.

Close to everything that we needed access to i.e shopping beach and general relaxation facilities

We had a room on level 1 overlooking the pool and spa but a large Marginata tree just took away the fantastic view of the ocean that would have made for a more picturesque view. Minor but important.

It was as the above questions described - excellent. We would stay again next year, again, as we normally come over once, sometimes twice a year, it was a lovely place to stay, thank you very much

Not having screens across windows/doors, so you couldnt leave the windows/doors open thru the day or night. A bit noisey due to having only normal windows in the apartment and not double glazed. You could hear the road noise in the mornings, afternoons & evenings and if there was a lot of people around the barbque area, you could still hear the noise of children yelling and racing around and people talking loud - but that was only the one time, overall lovely place.
